The Cryomagic provides programmed cooling of biological specimens within the temperature range of +3 O°C to -180°C.

The equipment is normally used with a dewar containing liquid nitrogen fitted with a pump to feed liquid nitrogen to the Chamber Unit.

The Cryomagic freezer includes a chamber, a controller (CMG3 Controller) LN2 Pump(DPS-1800) or LN2 Tank and software. (Optonal) PC
1. Microprocessor-base control unit commands LN2 pump (DPS-1800) or LN2 Tank preset freezing program.
2. As the heating of the heater increases the pressure of liquid nitrogen passes through the dewar to the chamber by a fixed amount.
3. The atomized liquid nitrogen enters the chamber and freeze the samples.

The Cryomagic has wide range models for chamber capacity :
Cryomagic (MD-3) with a 3 liter freezing chamber, for up to 30 2ml ampoules or 60 straws.
Cryomagic (MD-17) with a 17 liter freezing chamber, for up to 90 ampoules or 150 straws.
Cryomagic (MD-30) with rectangular, 30 liter chamber, for up to 726 2ml ampoules, 608 straws or 11 blood bags.

Chamber furniture is available to permit freezing in a wide range of containers and orientations. The total capacity of each freezer may be limited by the furniture used.
The operation of the freezers depends on the controlled injection of atomized liquid nitrogen into the work chamber and the pulsing of a heater within the chamber. This is achieved using a microprocessor-based programmable controller. This dual action provides accurate linear cooling (or heating) rates within the chamber. The chamber temperature is measured by a platinum resistance thermometer, mounted in the base of the chamber. The signal from this is fed to the MR3 temperature controller, which displays it on the front panel.
A second platinum resistance thermometer or optional thermocouple can be used to record independently the temperature-time profile within the chamber or specimen.
Model : MD-3SE
The sample is vertically fixed in the freezer chamber. The 4-liter chamber is designed to be easily frozen by the user.
Human embryo,oocyte,sperm and stem cells. Cord blood can aiso. 0.25ml & 0.5ml straws and 2ml ampoules are commonly used.
Model : MD-18SE (Cryomagic & CellBank)
This multi purpose 18 liter square freezing chamber is specifically desingned for thefreezing of bone marrow,stem cells, pharmceutical cell lines, skin, cord blood and other critical samples in high volumes.
The larger chamber can also be used for large capacity freezing of small samples in 0.25ml & 0.5ml straws and ampoules in accordance with racks.
Model : MD-42SE
The large-capacity 100-liter MD-42SE model has a large capacity freeze and Bulky samples are easy to freeze.
Usage range is suitable for pharmaceutical, aimal husbandry and other large capacity.
Small sample of 0.25ml & 0.5ml and ampoules Large racks can be made for rack or sample size.
DPS-1800 LN2 Pump & Dewar
LN2 Pump (DPS-1800) uses a low pressure pump to heat the heater Increase the pressure inside the liquid nitrogen tank to bring liquid nitrogen into the chamber.
LN2 Pump (DPS-1800) is suitable for MD-3SE or MD-18SE with low consumption of liquid nitrogen.
Windows 7-based software (Cryomagic3) was developed for your convenience.
The software (Cryomagic3) can execute the print and datd from the SD card backed up by the control device (CMG3 controller) from The software (Cryomagic3).
When the connection with the device is normal and the device of the program is stopped, You can activate the device by using the button on the execution screen.
